Failure To Adopt Annual Budget

Sec. 2306.115. FAILURE TO ADOPT ANNUAL BUDGET. If the board does not adopt the annual budget on or before September 1, the budget for the preceding year remains in effect until a new budget is adopted. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
