Sec. 2306.145. LOAN PROCEDURES. The board shall have the specific duty and power to adopt procedures for approving loans, purchases of loans and interests in loans, and commitments to purchase loans under this chapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
