Property Standards

Sec. 2306.150. PROPERTY STANDARDS. The board shall have the specific duty and power to adopt minimum property standards for housing developments financed or acquired under this chapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
