Sec. 2306.181. TARGETING BOND PROCEEDS. The department may target the proceeds from housing bonds issued by it to a geographic area or areas of the state. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
