Sec. 2306.227. PREPAYMENT OF MORTGAGE LOANS. A mortgage loan made under this chapter may be prepaid to maturity after the period of years and under the terms and conditions determined by the board. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
