Sec. 2306.261. SUPERVISING HOUSING SPONSORS. The housing finance division may, as provided by this subchapter, supervise: (1) housing sponsors, including limited profit housing sponsors, of housing developments that are financed under this chapter and rented or leased to tenants; and (2) real and personal property of sponsors.
