Sec. 2306.372. DEPARTMENT PROCEDURES. In a resolution authorizing the issuance of department bonds, the board may prescribe the systems and procedures under which the department shall function. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
