Sec. 2306.471. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. General obligation bonds issued under Section 2306.352 and approved and registered under this chapter are general obligations of the state. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
