Sec. 2306.497. MUTILATED, LOST, STOLEN, OR DESTROYED BONDS. The board may provide procedures for the replacement of a mutilated, lost, stolen, or destroyed bond or interest coupon. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
