Staff

Sec. 2308.061. STAFF. (a) The council shall have an independent staff with expertise sufficient to perform all duties and responsibilities of the council. (b) The staff may be supplemented by staff from other state agencies who are temporarily assigned to assist with special projects. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.81(a), eff.
