Lapse of Fund

Sec. 2309.025. LAPSE OF FUND. The fund lapses on the fourth anniversary of the date on which construction begins. At that time, any balance remaining in the fund shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.83(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995. SUBCHAPTER C.
