Sec. 231.003. FORMS AND PROCEDURES. The Title IV-D agency shall by rule promulgate any forms and procedures necessary to comply fully with the intent of this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
