Sec. 2351.051. BOND AND LICENSE REQUIRED. A contracting stevedore must execute a bond and obtain a license in each county in which the contracting stevedore engages in business as a contracting stevedore. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff. June 1, 2003.
