Sec. 24.103. 3RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT (ANDERSON, HENDERSON, AND HOUSTON COUNTIES). (a) The 3rd Judicial District is composed of Anderson, Henderson, and Houston counties. (b) The terms of the 3rd District Court begin: (1) in Anderson County on the first Mondays in April, July, and December; (2) in Henderson County on the first Mondays in February, June, and September; and (3) in Houston County on the first Mondays in March, August, and October.
