Sec. 24.211. 109TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (ANDREWS, CRANE, AND WINKLER COUNTIES). (a) The 109th Judicial District is composed of Andrews, Crane, and Winkler counties. (b) The terms of the 109th District Court begin: (1) in Andrews County on the second Monday in January and the first Monday in July; (2) in Crane County on the first Mondays in February and August; and (3) in Winkler County on the first Monday in March and the second Monday in September.
