Sec. 24.234. 132ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BORDEN AND SCURRY COUNTIES). (a) The 132nd Judicial District is composed of Borden and Scurry counties. (b) The terms of the 132nd District Court begin: (1) in Borden County on the first Mondays in January, March, May, July, September, and November; and (2) in Scurry County on the first Mondays in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
