Sec. 24.383. 204TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 204th Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 204th District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
