Sec. 24.433. 256TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 256th Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 256th District Court shall give preference to family law matters. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
