Sec. 24.442. 265TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 265th Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 265th District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
