Sec. 24.460. 283RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 283rd Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 283rd District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
