Sec. 24.468. 291ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 291st Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 291st District Court shall give preference to criminal cases. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
