Sec. 24.475. 298TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAS COUNTY). (a) The 298th Judicial District is composed of Dallas County. (b) The 298th District Court shall give preference to civil matters. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
