Sec. 24.494. 348TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a) The 348th Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County. (b) The 348th District Court shall give preference to civil matters. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
