Sec. 24.498. 352ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY). (a) The 352nd Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County. (b) The 352nd District Court shall give preference to civil matters. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
