Sec. 24.582. 438TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BEXAR COUNTY). (a) The 438th Judicial District is composed of Bexar County. (b) The 438th District Court shall give preference to civil matters. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1103 (H.B. 4833), Sec. 6(a), eff. September 1, 2010.
