Sec. 24.6004. 460TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TRAVIS COUNTY). (a) The 460th Judicial District is composed of Travis County. (b) The 460th District Court shall give preference to criminal matters. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 912 (S.B. 1329), Sec. 2.04(a), eff. October 1, 2019.
