Sec. 24.60046. 501ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (FORT BEND COUNTY). (a) The 501st Judicial District is composed of Fort Bend County. (b) The 501st District Court shall give preference to family law matters. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16), Sec. 1.12(a), eff. December 1, 2025.
