Sec. 24.911. TARRANT COUNTY CRIMINAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. 2. (a) The Tarrant County Criminal Judicial District No. 2 is composed of Tarrant County. (a-1) Subchapter C applies to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2. (a-2) Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2 shall give preference to criminal cases. (b) Section 24.910, relating to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 1, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2.
