Sec. 2401.252. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A transportation service provider commits an offense if the transportation service provider knowingly violates this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff. June 1, 2003.
