Sec. 241.023. ACCELERATED ELECTION SCHEDULE. If another election is necessary under the judgment in an election contest, the applicable time intervals for conducting a special election for state senator or state representative apply if the judgment is rendered: (1) during a regular legislative session; or (2) within 60 days before the date a legislative session is convened.
