Authority of Board

Sec. 241.033. AUTHORITY OF BOARD. The board of adjustment shall: (1) hear and decide an appeal, as provided by Section 241.036, from an order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the administrative agency in the enforcement of an airport zoning regulation; (2) hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of an airport zoning regulation when the regulation requires the board to do so; and (3) hear and decide specific variances under Section 241.034.
