Sec. 242.101. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A home commits an offense if the home fails or refuses to comply with Section 242.100. (b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
