Sec. 242.182. RESPITE CARE. (a) An institution licensed under this chapter may provide respite care for an elderly person or a person with a disability according to a plan of care. (b) The executive commissioner may adopt rules for the regulation of respite care provided by an institution licensed under this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
