Violation

Sec. 242.203. VIOLATION. (a) An institution that violates this subchapter is subject to an administrative penalty under Subchapter C. (b) The department may not revoke or suspend the license of an institution for a violation of this subchapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff. May 5, 1995.
