Sec. 242.325. ASSISTANCE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL. The attorney general shall provide legal assistance as necessary in enforcing the provisions of this subchapter. This requirement does not relieve a local prosecuting officer of any of the prosecuting officer's duties under the law. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1280, Sec. 2.01.
