Sec. 246.003. BOARD POWERS AND DUTIES. (a) The board shall regulate providers as provided by this chapter. (b) The board may adopt rules and take other action as necessary to administer and enforce this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
