Sec. 246.112. INVESTIGATIONS. The commissioner may conduct an examination or investigation as necessary to: (1) determine whether a person has violated or is about to violate this chapter; (2) aid in the enforcement of this chapter; (3) determine the financial solvency of a facility; or (4) verify a statement contained in a disclosure statement filed or delivered under this chapter.
