Compliance With Chapter 260a

Sec. 247.007. COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 260A. (a) An assisted living facility shall comply with Chapter 260A and the rules adopted under that chapter. (b) A person, including an owner or employee of an assisted living facility, shall comply with Chapter 260A and the rules adopted under that chapter.
