Sec. 247.086. ARBITRATOR DUTIES. The arbitrator shall: (1) protect the interests of the department and the facility; (2) ensure that all relevant evidence has been disclosed to the arbitrator, department, and facility; and (3) render an order consistent with this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter.
