Sec. 247.091. EVIDENCE. (a) The department or the facility may offer evidence and shall produce additional evidence as the arbitrator considers necessary to understand and resolve the dispute. (b) The arbitrator is the judge of the relevance and materiality of the evidence offered. Strict conformity to rules applicable to judicial proceedings is not required.
