Restrictions On Hours, Services, and Patient Capacity

Sec. 248A.152. RESTRICTIONS ON HOURS, SERVICES, AND PATIENT CAPACITY. (a) A center may not provide services to a minor for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period. (b) A center may not provide services other than services regulated under this chapter and department rule. (c) The maximum patient capacity at a center may not exceed 60.
