Sec. 248A.206. CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly establishes or operates a center without the appropriate license issued under this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor. (c) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1168 (S.B. 492), Sec. 1, eff.
