Sec. 25.021. ADOPTION OF CITY MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT. The municipality, by first holding an election on the question, may adopt the city manager form of government. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
