Sec. 251.011. LICENSE REQUIRED. Except as provided by Section 251.012, a person may not operate an end stage renal disease facility without a license issued under this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 608, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.
