Sec. 251.058. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect from among its directors a chair and vice chair. (b) The chair and vice chair serve for a term of one year and may be reelected. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 18.17(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
