Sec. 251.081. GENERAL AUTHORITY TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN BRIDGES. The commissioners court of a county may erect and maintain any necessary bridge in the county and make any necessary appropriation for that purpose. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
