Sec. 251.351. RECORDKEEPING. A cooperative association shall keep books and records relating to the cooperative association's business operation in accordance with standard accounting practices. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
