Sec. 252.063. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS; CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 252.031. (b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense. (c) Each day of a continuing violation after conviction is a separate offense. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 693, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
