Drainage Along Public Road

Sec. 252.111. DRAINAGE ALONG PUBLIC ROAD. (a) A commissioners court or road commissioner may authorize a person to make a drain along a public road to drain the person's property. (b) The person must make the drain under the direction of the commissioners court, road commissioner, or a person designated by the commissioners court. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
