Sec. 252.310. INSPECTIONS. The county road engineer shall inspect for the county the progress of work on a county road construction and maintenance project awarded to a private contractor. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
